Water Rate Increase to Begin in June

Notice to call Customers.

There will be a 3.5% water rate increase beginning June 1, 2025.  This increase is a result of a recent rate study performed as required by Act 605 of 2021 by the Arkansas Bureau of Legislature.  The rate study recommended a 10% water rate increase; however, only a 3.5% water rate increase is being implemented at this time.   You will see this increase on the bill you receive in July.   For customers who use 3,500 gallons of water, you will see an increase of approximately $2.00 per month.
